	Wilo-USA Submersible Pump The Wilo-USA submersible solids pump is designed with minimal shaft overhang for minimal deflection, secure cable entry, and enclosed block seals with two silicon carbide sealing surfaces. Heavy slurries up to 30% solids by weight are accommodated, with typical slurry applications such as fly ash, coal, sand, mill scale, limestone and FGD slurries.
Wilo-USA Submersible Mixer The Wilo-USA submersible mixer also incorporates silicon carbide mechanical shaft seals and an advanced planetary gear arrangement allowing setting speeds specific to various mixing applications. A large selection  of compound curve blades provide high efficiency. High, medium, and low speeds are available.
	SCP Pump Wilo-USA offers a horizontal  split casing (SCP) series of foot mounted water pumps with 2"-20"  flange sizes, up to 500 HP. Flow range is 88 to 15400 USGPM, at heads from 43  to 700" TDH. The maximum standard working pressure is 232 psi, with  optional construction to 400 psi. With mechanical seals, maximum inlet pressure  is 150 psi.  SCP Brochure (PDF - 2MB)
NL Pump Wilo-USA offers a radially split  (NL) series of back pullout design water booster pumps. The design allows  repair of the wet end without disturbing the pump bearing assembly. Flange  sizes range from 1 1/4" to 8". Maximum pump flow is 3000 USGPM, and  maximum head is 262". The maximum discharge pressure is 250 psi, with  maximum inlet pressure of 150 psi.  NL Brochure (PDF - 2MB)

Delivery of the SCP and NL pumps is  excellent, as common pump ends and motors are stocked in Thomasville, Ga. Pump  warranty is 24 months from manufacture, or 18 months from installation.
